La Sognaia offers
to the guests the possibility to stay in 4 different apartments
as well as in one cottage and to use the common
areas: the vast garden that is surrounding the farmhouse, the swimming
pool and the parking area.
Each apartment is self-sufficient and equipped
with independent entrance, kitchen and bathroom.

Apartment 1

The apartment 1 is situated on the ground floor, with direct access
into the garden and is exposed toward south. It is composed of living
room with kitchen corner, bath with shower and double room. The
apartment can accommodate 4
persons: 2 in the double room and 2 in the living room
(sofa bed).
Apartment 2

The apartment 2 is situated on the ground floor with direct access
into the garden, on the east side of the farmhouse. It is composed
of living room with kitchen corner, two bathrooms with shower, of
which one fitted out for wheelchair users, one double room and one
bedroom with two single beds. The apartment
can accommodate 7 persons: 3 in the double room
(1 double bed and 1 single bed), 2 in the smaller bedroom and 2
in the living room (sofa bed).

Apartment 3

The apartment 3 is situated on the first floor. One accesses the
apartment through an outside staircase, connecting the garden with
the entrance, situated on an independent entrance on the east side
of the farmhouse. It is composed of living room with kitchen corner,
bathroom with shower and double room. The apartment can
accommodate 4 persons: 2 in the double room and 2 in the
living room (sofa bed). From the living room there is direct
access onto the independent terrace, exposed towards south with
view over the pool. From the bath one can access onto a terrace
exposed towards north, viewing the valley.
Apartment 4

The apartment 4 is situated on the first floor. One accesses the
apartment through an internal staircase that is connecting the main
entrance with the apartment entrance. It is composed of living room
with kitchen corner, bathroom with shower and double room. The apartment
can accommodate 4 persons:
2 in the double room and 2 in the living room (sofa bed).
From the living room it is possible to access onto two independent
terraces: one exposed towards west, the other towards south with
view over the swimming pool. From the bath one accesses onto a part
of the terrace, exposed towards north, viewing the valley.

Cottage

the independent cottage is composed of living room with kitchen
corner, gallery, double room and bathroom. The cottage can
accommodate 4 persons: 2 in the double room and 2 in two
single beds on the gallery.
Swimming Pool

La Sognaia has a large pool of 12x6 m size at the
guest’s disposal, of a depth that varies between 120
and 150 cm. This allows the use also for children and inexperienced
swimmers. Around the pool you’ll find chairs, deck chairs,
tables and anything that might cheer up the stay in the pool area.
Parking
La Sognaia has a large parking area outside of the garden that offers
space for up to 5 cars. Motor bikes can be parked inside of the
gates.
